Do you allow dogs in your patio?
To insure the comfort of ALL of our guests and staff, we ask that you leave your pets at home. We do, however, allow service dogs in our patio.
Can we bring a cake and cut it ourselves to waive the cake-cutting fee?
Thank you for choosing to celebrate with us. The cake cutting fee covers the cost of our staffs’ time of providing plates and utensils and washing them afterward. It also helps offset the loss of revenue from in-house desserts and makes up for the extra time a party will be at the table but not ordering more food. We are always happy to put a candle on our dessert.
I have a reservation, can I have a seat near a heater/under shade?
We will try our best make sure everyone is comfortable. Heaters are limited, but so far we’ve heard that it’s quite cozy in our patio as long as you come prepared with layers in case you do run cold. On hot sunny days, shade isn’t guaranteed either, bring sunglasses and hats.
Are reservations required?
We welcome walk-ins on a first-come-first-served basis.
Contactless ordering is so annoying. Why do you choose to use it?
We agree. Contactless ordering is not the ideal situation. Like many restaurants, we are facing an industry-wide labor shortage. We moved to contactless payment in the height of the pandemic per the health department's recommendation. We have continued to use it because we do not have enough staff to provide full service. Contactless payment allows us to recover from devastating losses and continue to keep our doors open. Our lights are still on because of loyal guests who have supported us throughout the past year and continue to do so with compassion and patience as we try to navigate a new set of challenges. With that said, if you prefer to have your order taken by our staff, let us know. We are here for you.
Why can’t I book more than 2 weeks out?
We are currently booking 2 weeks out. This allows us to adjust our outdoor availability if the weather should turn unfavorable
